A valve rotary ball is a sphere with a hole in the center that allows or blocks fluid flow by rotating 90 degrees. This is a two-cavity plastic valve rotating ball mould. This mold uses a hot runner system. It contains two side slides and a two-stage ejection mechanism. Two-stage Ejection Mechanism
Because the rotating ball is a deep cavity structure, there is a large stress between the core and the product. And the surface of the rotating ball cannot be damaged. During the ejection process, the moving plate is ejected a distance, and the core and the product are loosened. Then the ejector pushes the runner scrap to make the product fall.
