Angle Pin Design

The inclination angle of the angle pin is generally 15° to 25°. The selection of the inclination angle needs to consider factors such as the core pulling distance, core pulling force and mold structure. The length of the angle pin can be calculated based on the core pulling distance, the thickness of the fixed plate and the inclination angle of the angle pin.

Mold Trial Video

During the process of the slider retreating, due to the inclination angle of the angle pin, the slider is forced to move to both sides along the angle pin, so that the slider is gradually withdrawn from the side hole of the plastic part.
